No one is perfect, and that’s a good thing! You are so unique and are constantly learning and growing. Allow yourself to try, fail, and try again.

You are learning who you really are. Take time to sit in that and think about what you’ve learned so far.

Don’t be discouraged when changes take time, especially in eating disorder recovery. You’re making progress with each step. It is all part of the process.
