NourishRX

about

We’re a team of Registered Dietitians and Eating Disorder Specialists here to listen, understand, and get to the root of what’s causing you harm while establishing a safe and trusted space.

Together, we’ll work to pursue a healing journey that helps you to create a more meaningful, confident, and connected life - without the ever-present fear or anxiety.

To us, you're a unique individual with a story that led you to where you are today - not a stereotype or just a name on a chart.

With all the nutritional misinformation floating around in the media, the societal pressures that romanticize a specific body type, and the negative influences you find on your social media feeds, knowing how to care for yourself can start to feel like an uphill battle.

Then, on top of it all, there’s the daily stress and worry from school, athletics, friends, and family. Before long, it may feel like things have started to spiral.

Perhaps what started as a desire to eat healthier, lose weight, or feel more in control of your life has actually left you feeling out of control. Maybe you’ve found yourself faced with all-consuming thoughts about food and weight loss that keep you from being present or ever experiencing true contentment.

As painful, isolating, and challenging as this may feel, we’re here to tell you that you’re in fact not alone and genuine help and healing is within reach.

Rely on a trusted guide to help get you there.

You Have What It Takes to Reclaim
Your Health & Happiness.

If you're a parent or concerned loved one...

We understand how heartbreaking it is to see your child struggle with food - creating rigid schedules in their minds, avoiding social events, over-exercising, and pushing food away at the table. We vow to renew your sense of hope and restore your child's self-worth by showing them how to reconnect and build an accepting and trusting relationship with their body, learn to love themselves unconditionally, and live their life to the fullest potential.

With an unwavering commitment to you and your family, we'll work as a supportive, grounding presence to help you find peace through every moment. Whether that be through discovering next steps, during a consulting session, or equipping you with outside resources and ongoing support.

my story...

I have over a decade of dedicated experience of working closely with families and their adolescents as we work together as a team towards a future without the eating disorder.

As a mom to three daughters, I recognize the struggle because I have also lived it - recalling my own food and body image questions and concerns as a teenager, and now as a parent to a teenager trying to navigate her own social circles deeply entrenched in diet culture, and as a mom to two little ones. Trying to juggle work and family life is a lot to manage and when you add an eating disorder to the mix, it can feel like you might be losing a piece of you trying to work through it all. I get it!

Meet Ryann Hilton

hello!

The path to healing can be bumpy and confusing, but it doesn’t have to be.

My hope for you at NourishRX is that you will reconnect to your body and trust in your healing journey, so you can stop putting your life on hold and instead, pursue the things you love to do alongside the people you love to be with.

My hope for you...

After meeting with adolescents, adults, and families over the years and learning about their experiences, I learned that the process of working from food fears to food freedom can be confusing and that this confusion can be a barrier to true healing. I became passionate about creating a warm and guiding space where you feel seen, heard, understood and supported.

My Story

When Ryann isn’t working with clients or making an impact within her community, she’s likely spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, taking day trips to Maine and enjoying tacos with all the fixings.
