When you call NourishRX, you’ll first connect with Hillary, our Client Care Coordinator. Hillary’s role is to listen carefully, understand what each person is navigating, and help guide them toward the care that will best meet their needs. She helps make the first step feel less overwhelming by answering questions, explaining what to expect, and supporting clients in finding the right next steps, even if they’re not quite sure where to begin.
Hillary is based in Toronto, Canada, and brings a calm, friendly presence to every conversation. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, with a special love for Costa Rica and its vibrant energy. She’s inspired by the idea that small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful change, a philosophy that aligns closely with the NourishRX approach to care.
Her goal is to ensure that every caller feels heard, supported, and confident as they take their next step toward care.
Hillary loves dogs and is known as the person who will always stop to say hello to every dog that passes by, usually turning into a full conversation with the owner too!
I have over a decade of dedicated experience of working closely with families and their adolescents as we work together as a team towards a future without the eating disorder.
As a mom to three daughters, I recognize the struggle because I have also lived it - recalling my own food and body image questions and concerns as a teenager, and now as a parent to a teenager trying to navigate her own social circles deeply entrenched in diet culture, and as a mom to two little ones. Trying to juggle work and family life is a lot to manage and when you add an eating disorder to the mix, it can feel like you might be losing a piece of you trying to work through it all. I get it!
My hope for you at NourishRX is that you will reconnect to your body and trust in your healing journey, so you can stop putting your life on hold and instead, pursue the things you love to do alongside the people you love to be with.
After meeting with adolescents, adults, and families over the years and learning about their experiences, I learned that the process of working from food fears to food freedom can be confusing and that this confusion can be a barrier to true healing. I became passionate about creating a warm and guiding space where you feel seen, heard, understood and supported.
